CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

The USER has a period of 14 calendar days to request an exchange for another item or exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt of the item(s). It is not necessary to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal. For greater efficiency in processing, we kindly ask that the USER follows the procedure detailed below, although this is not mandatory for exercising the rights outlined in this section.

          Step 1: Contact us via email info@iberiansupplies.com or on our Customer Service phone (+34 666 211 335) to inform us that you wish to return your order. We will immediately send you confirmation of the receipt of your request.

          Step 2: Pack your order under the same conditions as you received it. Iberian Supplies will send a courier to your home to collect the order. You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

          Step 3: Once the items are received, Iberian Supplies will refund the total amount paid by you minus the return cost: collection cost and management of the refund to the warehouse. Iberian Supplies reserves the right to compensation for the difference between the value of the items sent to the USER and returned by them in the following cases:

- When the products have been used or handled improperly or negligently or not in accordance with their characteristics by the USER.

- When the products have been hit or damaged.

- When the return by the USER is not made in its box.

- When the lack of conformity is due to normal wear from use.

- If any of the details on the receipt or proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.

- If the serial or identification number of the product is tampered with.

- If not all elements, accessories, cases or boxes are returned with the product.

Iberian Supplies will refund the amounts received by credit within a period not exceeding 14 days, once the condition of the products has been verified. The products subject to return must be delivered in proper condition. Returns of products in packaging, if any, other than that which was supplied will not be accepted.

If a product arrives in poor condition due to transport, the USER must indicate this on the carrier's delivery note and call our information and customer service number within 24 hours of receipt, or communicate this circumstance via email. Iberian Supplies has Complaint Forms available to the consumer / USER in accordance with applicable regulations. You also have the option to complete and send electronically any unequivocal declaration of withdrawal through our website. If you choose that option, we will promptly inform you by email of the receipt of such withdrawal.

Returned products must be returned with all their accessories, instructions, and customer documentation (name, order number, address, reason for return). If the returned product has clearly been used, the return cannot take place under any circumstances.

Personal and intimate products cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

Iberian Supplies will not accept any packages sent with postage due as it has a collection service through its transport agency.

Returns cannot take place under any circumstances if the supplied products have clearly been used, or are personal, intimate, or precision products such as scissors and professional cutting machines (for hygiene reasons).

In the event that the return is not accepted by Iberian Supplies for not meeting the aforementioned requirements, the product will remain in the warehouse until collected by the customer for a maximum of 30 days.

Products purchased through the website cannot be exchanged at the physical point of sale or vice versa.
