CONDITIONS AND COSTS OF SHIPPING

The supplier will send the products via a transport agency (Tipsa) with a service of 24 – 48 hours. However, the USER may use the Urgent Shipping Service 14H, which has a delivery time of 24 hours.AND BEFORE 14:00, with the corresponding cost.

The transport costs will be borne by the buyer and will be€9.63 up to 3 kg, €4.60 up to 5 kg and €6.41 up to 10 kgon the mainland.€2.70 up to 3 kg, €3.50 up to 5 kg and €4.70 up to 10 kgin the community of Andalusia and€2.50 up to 3 kg, €3.25 up to 5 kg and €4.70 up to 10 kgin the area of the territory of Seville.

For international orders, it is recommended to consult by email before placing the order (info@iberiansupplies.com). If it exceeds the weight of 10 kg, we will calculate the shipping cost taking into account the weight and volume of the order, as well as its packaging and the chosen shipping service (normal or urgent).

For orders over €100 and not exceeding 10 kg in weight, shipping costs will be free on the mainland.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the shipping costs are €9.08 for up to 1 kg, and an additional €4.84 will be added for each additional kilogram up to a maximum of 10 kg. The shipping times are 72 hours + one day, provided that the weight does not exceed 10 kg and/or the volume of the package does not exceed 210 cm when adding the dimensions length + width + height. If the weight exceeds 10 kg, it will be charged accordingly, and the customer will be informed to make the corresponding payment for the new shipping costs. (In any case, the payment of the shipping costs must be made prior to the shipment of the product.)

The shipping time of 24/72 hours (depending on location) starts counting from the departure of the order from the distribution warehouse, at which point we notify the customer via email that their order has been shipped.

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as recorded by the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and to make any justified reservations and claims, including the possibility of refusing the package if it has been opened or if there are clear signs of damage.

Reservations and claims should be addressed to Iberian Supplies by email to the address found on the website.

Consequently, the user is aware prior to the completion of the purchase process of the amount of the shipping costs, expressly accepting them.

Iberian Supplies assumes the risks of any damage or loss suffered by the goods during transport, until they are in the hands of the consumer.

The user of Iberian Supplies, assumes the risks related to the products of the order from the moment of delivery, except in the case of shipping delays due to non-fulfilment of obligations. In this case, the user assumes the risks at the moment delivery would have taken place had there been no such non-fulfilment.

After the assumption of risks, Iberian Supplies is not responsible for the loss or destruction of the products.

The USER agrees to be present at the agreed time for delivery or to authorise a third party of legal age to receive the order (products will not be delivered to PO boxes or public places). In the event that the USER or the authorised person is not present at the time of delivery, the costs of reshipping will be borne by the USER for the amounts previously indicated in this section, with no possibility of free shipping based on the order amount.

Iberian Supplies understands that the USER who has placed the order authorises the person who is currently at the delivery address to collect the order on their behalf. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the USER to authorise a third party for the receipt and acceptance of the purchase at the delivery address.

Iberian Supplies will not assume any responsibility for delays in the delivery of orders when such delays are solely the fault of the buyer or the authorised person.

At the time of delivery, the USER must sign the delivery note confirming that the order has been delivered and accepted.

The USER is responsible for storing and preserving the products under the conditions that may be established on their labeling. It is the USER's responsibility to store and preserve them in an appropriate place according to the characteristics of each product. Regarding packaging, it is the USER's responsibility to treat and recycle it in accordance with the regulations that are applicable at any given time.
